Geopolitics Explained is operated by CG Industries Ltd, a company registered in Northern Ireland (Company Number NI732341), whose registered office is at 36 Victoria Road, Holywood BT18 9BG. For enquiries, please contact [email protected].

2. Products

We sell digital products (ebooks) in PDF format. All products are available for immediate download after purchase. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

4. Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

  • An immediate download link on the confirmation page
  • An email containing a time-limited download link

Download links expire after 24 hours. If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at [email protected].

5. Licence

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to download and read the ebook for your own private use. You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share the file with others
  • Upload the file to any public or file-sharing platform
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the content

6. Right to cancel and refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel distance purchases. However, our digital products are made available for immediate download upon payment. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download link becomes available to you. This is in accordance with Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If you experience technical issues (e.g. a corrupted file), please contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual property

All content, text, images, and designs in our ebooks are the property of Geopolitics Explained or used under licence. All rights are reserved.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Geopolitics Explained shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the date of the last revision.
